The Beausoleil First Nation Youth Council condemns the provincial government's decision to cut funding to the Indigenous Culture Fund. This fund supports the necessary work of culture and language revitilization and truth and reconciliation. The government must reverse its decision.
Changes to Youth Chief and Deputy Youth Chief Positions
Effective September 10th, 2018, the following changes have been made to the Order of Council: Lance Copegog becomes Youth Chief Avery Sandy becomes Deputy Youth Chief They will complete their mandate until their term of office expires on November 15th, 2019.
